I am so glad that you have found yourself in this sphere of the Internet. I absolutely trust the innate intelligence inside of your being that has led you to finding Opulent Female Body (OFB). I do believe that you will receive an infinite amount of information and guidance from OFB, most likely more than you might have originally thought. While I am deeply passionate about providing practices to the public that assist women in forming a better relationship with their bodies and sexual anatomy, I actively experience targeted attacks from military/government/alien based groups and alien technologies with my husband and all of the evidence is displayed in our series OUR TRUTH & At Archived Evidence YouTube Channel. My background is a background of being forced into secret space programs where I was physically abducted by an black military/ alien element at the age of 4 and forced to carry out a 40 year duty tour on Mars. The memories of the Secret Space Program 40 year Duty tour and of the physical abduction in a military hospital was revealed to myself by doing deep cervical work which showed up while I was in the process of putting my personal body story together. I try not to put major focus on the story, or the memories, but one must know that these experiences has deeply affected my life and the relationship I have had with my body, consciousness, and my husband. Being forced into Secret Space Programs, assigned to an assassin agency and birthing alien human hybrid children for draconian/reptilian aliens off this planet has deeply affected my entire life. I also actively experience targeted attacks from alien human hybrids that directly matches what a targeted individual experiences or a Milab, times a million percent. While I can not stand speaking about these topics in the open, every passing day I start to feel more and more like a government experiment or someone that the government is trying to aggressively suppress after my physical abduction at the age of 4, and it is very clear to me that non human entities, or intelligences are still poking and prodding in my life in the form of black military experiments, constant aerial harassment, and alien abductions.

I also know that I am not the only woman who has had similar experiences and bleed throughs of their life that they were forced to live off planet including the women’s sexual anatomy being used in traumatic breeding programs,nefarious experiments, and gynecological procedures on black military/ alien aircraft. My focus was never in recovering these memories, rather this is simply the truth that arose from committing myself to a daily hands in- hands on self body working practice. My focus seven years ago was to arrive to my throne position in my life, do what was exactly needed to serve my body at my own personal highest capacity, and listen to 100% everything my body had to tell me, while doing so I was met with a kick up of happenings like black helicopters blazing over the house at 2 AM, extreme amounts of emotional manipulation, cyclical alien abductions, family members dying from targeted attacks in the form of aggressive cancers, vivid remembering of my Secret Space Program 40 year and back Mars Colony duty tour and my sacred sexual anatomy being burned by microwaves. It is crucial to understand that the woman (myself) guiding your body working journey has been involved in Secret Space Programs against my will and I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Therefore, I have set out to bring about the physical reality where all of the biggest crimes committed against humanity get exposed, black projects defunded, and the right people held accountable. For those women who have been abducted and used for such programs like this - I see you and I am speaking out just incase you feel that you can not do so in a world that labels these topics not real or crazy. I also would not be surprised that for some women, as they build their daily practice and be committed to be of service to their bodies, that alien abduction memories and secret space program/ black program memories begin to surface and reveal themselves. For some of us, retrieval of such memories or going through the process of remembering provides us with clues as to what is going on in our life and levels of deep healing at cellular levels. While going through a woman’s Secret Space Program remembering phases what I do not support is hypnosis, regression techniques, and other forced memory retrieval techniques due to the fact that the body WILL show you everything you need to know in perfect timing even if the subject is alien abductions and mind wiped material. Hypnosis and other regression methods bypass the conscious mind leaving no room for true felt healing on cellular levels and releasing of such traumatic experiences and memories. My forever intention is to and was to fully arrive to the throne, embodied in the throne/queen position, with my uterus and cervix being in their most opulent, healthy, central positions where their consciousness and innate intelligence guides my entire life and shapes me as a woman. It is also my forever intention that my menstrual cycle initiations shape me into the woman I was always meant to be. My intention is to connect to my body and my blood as deeply as I possibly can, open as deeply as I possibly can, love as much as I can with an open raw heart, and care for the vessel that I have been given which is my body. My intention is to share this way of living, in which this way of living deeply honors feminine intelligence and makes it to where other women have the ability to see and feel their own feminine intelligence from the 100% feminine intelligence being embodied as female leadership displayed by example. This form of leadership will effect and influence many generations to come of men and women in the best ways possible.

The start of it all, the birth of creation is from a women’s vagina, that in which this truth can not be changed or fabricated. Motherhood- Womenhood, being a woman, embracing all feminine cycle initiations, honoring the word WOMAN is the same thing as honoring the word LIFE. This is where us, as grounded women start to have a heavy impact in all of life, in men, in society, in everything. It is about embodiment and embracing this single word: WOMAN. Opulent Female Body is a deep bassy grounded service to womanhood, the source of all life.

During my seven years + cultivating my personal relationship with my own womanhood and body, I have found my heavy stances that will remain unchanged within my being. I stand for a revolutionized society and or cultural values where the embodiment of the soul and listening deeply to bodily wisdom and intuition is what matters. A society of fully embodied women who know their truth and will speak their truth in any situation, women who are fully embodied in their celestial uterine and ovarian consciousness and intelligence following the path that is being unfolded from the entire sphere of the sacred sexual anatomy of a woman. A society of women who LOVE and know their blood, that openly knows the natural rhythms of rebirth in the Menarche Phase, Menstrual Phase and Menopausal Phase of a woman’s life.

I stand for a society that rejects all systems and or mind control based in falsities like the medical system, gender dysphoria mind viruses, and the indoctrination that has happened with science and educational studies that has been backed by the government and black world governments. I stand for women who aggressively reject the current attempt to eradicate the feminine or everything that has to do with being a woman. I will absolutely stand unwavering forever with the fact that there are ONLY TWO GENDERS, and those two genders are meant to be in sacred marriage as man and woman together. All other options I have seen displayed in the external has been the result of covert black military mind control experimentation to break the family unit and cause utter confusion around the identification of sex. These experimentations are based in the origin of being Satanic- Reptilian and the seed to the madness is Self Hatred and Mind Control.

I choose to stand for women who are following their organic divine intelligences with their etheric eyes completely open to the world of deceptions, but these women ONLY walk the path of pure truth and deeply serve their body as their body deeply serves them. This truth walk shakes off 100% all forms of mind control to lay the foundation of a society who can not be mind controlled by aliens or non human entities. I choose to stand for a society who protects their children at all costs and knows with their full body that there are non-human intelligences that are using the human race as a disposable resource and that for the evolution of humankind we must choose collectively full disclosure of such topics like alien abductions, Secret Space Programs, Super Soldier, MK Ultra Mind Control, Sex Kitten Programming, and Child Sex Trafficking.

I choose to stand for women knowing their full power, and their full potential and reaching that full potential. I stand for women knowing the power of their sexual magnetism to create new realities that are in alignment with perfection, in alignment with a new future with everyone in mind, to bring about what is good and wholesome based on the absolute truth.

This is what I support and stand for - full whole- heartedly and with my entire womb for eternal time. This is what I take a stand for, to raise the standards of how our little girls and young women are being raised and the world that they are growing up In. The world that that our little girls and young women, women of all ages choose to create for themselves.

So.... How was my Self Body Working Practice formed?

My body working practice as well as deep inner work with the energetics of my sexual anatomy started or unfolded when I was getting out of the Army after serving for a 4 year contract term. My original sign on duty contract was for 6 years, but my refusal of the 2020 CV19 bioweapon resulted in myself getting out of the military way earlier than I had originally planned. I had a copper IUD in the entire time I was in the Army and had been experiencing some energetic issues and very severe mood swings with the IUD in. I had the IUD discharged out of my uterus in late 2020, what came after that was the commitment to listen to my uterus and figure out why I was having severe mood swings around my menstruation cycle. It had felt like 3 weeks of my life every month went straight into the depths of depression and despair. While searching for ways to connect closer to my body, I came across the opportunity of taking a vagina mapping class online and it changed my ENTIRE life. I had never touched my own body that way before and it resulted in my realization that I didn’t know myself or my vagina. From there the commitment and dedication unfolded for myself to be of 100% complete service to my body, bones, flesh, blood, uterus, and vagina as well as to listen to the guidance from my innate bodily sentience. I learned that my vagina and body will show me all things that I need to know in perfect timing. My service to my body, and the way I treat my body with such respect and honor are my forever values. I strive to be the best woman I can be every single day, no matter what and this remains unchanged.

What is the Opulent Female Body and what are the fundamentals to OFB?

In one sentence it is women’s highest orgasmic potential, complete fluidness and hydration within the fascia, oceanic medicine for the nervous system, deeply felt levels of self love, female anatomy literacy through person experiences like self touch, and the inability to abandon oneself. OFB was birthed from all things being from the Self and never outsourcing yourself to doctors or other practitioners to “figure” out what is going on. OFB came into fruition from the central bodily knowing that your body knows all things, and will show you all things when you give the body the opportunity to speak and show you through its own language format. Therefore, in my mind I knew that women needed practices and or teachings to turn to in order to learn how to turn inward or be guided inward to recieve all the answers they were searching for. OFB works outside of the medical and science system, your body does not need pharmaceuticals, artificial hormones, psychedelics, birthcontrol, wearable medical devices, and a long list of other things that could be labled here. You just need your touch, self love, and the willingness to be committed in knowing yourself and your body. Opulent Female Body and the practices at Opulent Female Body will give you the tools so that you may walk upon the path of truth that comes from the body which will guide your way through anything and everything.

All the questions that you have regarding the world, relationships, money, your life, your purpose WILL be answered by your body, it is not I that will give you the answers to your questions, it is your body and Intuitive cervical consciousness that has the answers. Your entire body and female sexual anatomy is waiting for you to come back home, come back into your power, arrive to the throne.

Fundamental Basics of OFB
The opportunity to learn Self Massage techniques through combined practices of inner reflection, diaphragmatic breathing, emotional release, and intuitive moving Somatics. These fundamental basics will show up again in the fundamental basics of OFB class and the Immersive Series dedicated to building your daily practice.

The Breath
Breath and diagrammatic breathing is where it all begins. By deepening the breathe one can send oxygen to anywhere in the body and add space, fluidity, and healing just through the breath. Most of us are living a life where we are breathing far too shallow, it is always a good reminder to deepen your breath and remain your focus on areas that may be constricted unconsciously.

Inner Awareness - Inner Vision
The ability to have increased awareness and focus in the form of inner vision which when added

with breath will change the state of functioning of fascia and other bodily systems. If you can see and feel juicy, opulent, healthy ovaries and a healthy, vitalized womb then it will become this original visions in its physical manifestation forms. What is visualized through inner awareness and visualization becomes the overall embodiment.

We have to actively refuse the experience of sickness, and non perfect functioning organs, and choose for ourselves an opulent life where the female sex anatomy is fluid, lubricating effortlessly, and hydrated with zero issues in the tissues. We have to choose opulent experiences for our fascia that deeply nourish us down to the core of our being.

Creative Emotional Processing
When doing body work, sometimes creative emotional releases will come in the form of several intuitive movements during practice. Let your body sway, undulate, rock, and go through a spiral of natural movements to work through emotions via movement. The voice may also be added in sessions as the body may want to naturally express guttural sounds and vocal releases. Humming is a great way to emotionally process during body working practices. It is about cultivating creativity with your practice and letting the body lead first with what needs to be worked through during session. None of my personal sessions ever look the same, ever. Some days it’s based more in spiral Intuitive dancing rather than hands on-hands in with oil body work. You will see many different styles displayed in OFB Embodiment Practices so that you can add a wide range of variety to your daily practice.

Building your own Dedicated Self Body Working Practices
These are ALL the tools that you will have learned along the way of your experiences with OFB. Everyone’s personal sessions will look different as each person will come to know the places in their body that need more touch and more attention. Over time your practice will evolve and shift into what it needs to be in order to support yourself in being your best self. I am targeted by the black military…

I am a bit squirmy seeing that sentence or saying that out loud.

In Early Summer of 2022 - I started doing hands on hands in self body work and self MFR. My only focus was listening to my body because I started experiencing some memory recall that wasn’t adding up.

I turned to my Body for the answers.

During this time - I was starting to see and experience black helicopters, and unmarked planes fly over me when I would go hiking and conversations with my friends started to feel “off”.

In early 2024 - I did a self led 12 week cervix focused body work immersion and I was brought to entire memories of being abducted by a black military force when I was 4 at a military hospital plus memories of alien abductions, and Men In Black.

Once the memories started coming in with clarity, I deepened my practice. I deepened the relationship that I had with my body. I asked to be shown more and what the hell was this?

I was led to several communities that talked about Secret Space Programs and female abductee experiences.

The more memories that resurfaced, the more black helicopters I would see, black hawks, all blacked out chinooks blazing over the house at 2 AM - so loud it would wake me up.

Who the fuck are these people flying the helicopters? I would ask my self.

Eventually I experienced severe burning of my genitals by microwaves. It became very clear to me that I was being targeted by a force that has contacts and connections to defense contractors and under the table military groups.

I have bloody rage for the people that have been targeting me with no touch torture weapons.

If you would have met me 10 years ago, you wouldn’t have recognized me.

10 years ago, I didn’t have the slightest clue about how to care for my body, how to deeply serve my body, or how to care for my nervous system.

My view of the world was tiny, dim, and grey.
I was experiencing severe mood swings, insomnia, could only be seen with a full face of make up on. I did not feel IN my body. I was always somewhere with my head in the clouds feeling disconnected from my body, searching for answers.

Through nourishing self touch, diaphragmatic breathing, and receptive listening - My body became my best friend, my oracle even.

My body was no longer an enemy or a place of confusion in my life.

It was my self hands on hands in body working practice that led me right to my husband✨

Before the love of my life entered my life I entered a really deep relationship with my v a g i n a.

I had immersed myself in 1 year of conscious celibacy.

Before this one year of celibacy I had some troubling times with codependency and settling for relationships that were never in alignment to who I was or who I was becoming (settling for bread crumbs of love).

I was in the Army with a severe case of BV when I said enough is enough.

I got home that night after finding out that I had just been cheated on, my menstrual cycle was insane that month and I had BV which I never had experienced before this moment.

It was like something hit me on top of my head, alll the light bulbs were going off - the BV was my body’s way of already telling me that he was cheating and that I need to leave RIGHT NOW. Stop having s*x with this scum…

That was the night I began my conscious celibacy, that was the night I said no more, that was the night I cried and cried because I felt like I had so deeply abandoned my v a g i n a and overstepped her messages. That was the night that I devoted everything to listening to my body. That was the night that my destiny path started to unfold.

In my 1 year of conscious celibacy - I started following every single whisper and intuitive nudge from my body. By this time I had already formed a very deep and nourishing hands in- hands on body working practice.

I devoted myself to holding my cervix nightly - feeling everything I needed to and feeling her between my fingers.. I met my husband energetically before I met him physically. That’s when I started being guided to getting out of the military and traveling the USA. I didn’t have a damn clue about how any of it was going to happen…

I just kept with my nightly practice - surrendering, listening, and trusting myself.

It was the devotion to my body that led me to getting out of the military in the best case scenario and meeting my husband✨

Staring at my v a g i n a in my hand mirror is my NEW daily practice. I don’t think I’ll ever stop. Ever.

Now I start my day with gazing upon myself in the mirror and asking - what are we going to create today?

It makes me giggle because once I really saw myself, others started seeing me too. I used the mirror as a form of getting past visibility hangups.

Today my personal devoted body working practice brought me to working with my inner Labias and hymnal ring.

My Inner Labias, urethra opening, and hymnal ring has been burned by microwaves too many times to count. Yes- the black government is burning select people in the world with satellite systems.

These people are considered to be targeted individuals…

The targeting has been going on since birth and I don’t consider myself to be a targeted individual, a numbered case study, un informed test subject, or a labeled mind control government experiment for some undisclosed black project.

My practice started with dropping in and finding the spots I was holding tension. My fingers gently and with so much inner focus and love found themselves holding spots on my left labia and then my right labia.

Each labia was a world of a difference for me to travel into and deepen my relationship with my v a g i n a. I had to remember the power of just holding the tissue.

There wasn’t much physical movement in my practice today- just deep listening and breathing out the tensions, unfurling and unraveling my left and right inner labia.

I felt them soften and drop down under my fingertips.

Listening to everything my labias had to say…

All the times I had sex when my body was a no-

Rough sex that ignored the intelligence of my v a g i n a.

All the times I took pills, mushrooms, drank ayahuasca for “healing” when my body was really screaming for total sobriety.

I felt the dryness in my tissues from the microwaving…

The deep grief my labias were holding of how I actually feel being targeted for years with weapons that not many people know about… covert no touch torture…

For two hours I faced it all today - I sat with it all, never abandoning myself, letting my entire being feel what I needed to feel without judgment.

This is what devotion looks like.

Opulent Female Body- yes is a business- but also is an entire oceanic vessel that has a life of its own. OFB- SHE is breathing and shifting constantly, showing me what the collective feminine really needs to evolve and return to the throne as a collective.

I am learning how to fully embody my entire field that is sourced from my feminine sexual intelligence and sphere.

SHE was birthed from deep listening and deep work with my C e r v i x.

I must admit that sometimes learning how to embody this work feels massive and huge, like it’s stretching me in all the ways…

I will continue to SERVE HER and surrender to this process no matter what

Here is something that I am telling the public for the first time:

Opulent Female Body and the Practices that OFB provides was birthed from a life of alien abduction experiences and targeted attacks from the black military & government.

I have found that dedicating a deep respect and love for my body has helped me get through the traumatic experiences of Secret Space Programs and Alien Abductions.

I have been pulling back the layers in my life by doing deep work with my cervix and listening to what SHE has to say. The memories SHE brings up to the surface.

Secret Space Programs and Alien Abductions absolutely need to be exposed and discussed among other women who have had to go through traumatic alien abduction experiences. We need to be speaking about the topics that are thrown into the fringes of society.

Forming my personal self massage body working practice has assisted me in reclaiming my power after the black military and unnamed governmental organizations has repeatedly been running experiments that has to do with electronic manipulation of my emotions and thoughts. Call it mind control but the ability to try to control your entire embodiment.

They have been trying to forcibly change my embodiment…

That is the attempted current experiment and I am here to expose the targeting program and provide deep embodied services so that ALL women can build their own practice of deeply loving who they are.

Sometimes I don’t want to tell the public about the black helicopters, the images broadcasted to my mind or the burning of my skin by microwaves - it is itme I tell it like it is.. and this has been happening to me all my life AND this is where the idea of OFB came from.

For 2026- I’m dedicated in telling more TRUTH even if it’s truth that is in the fringes of society.
