My work is devotional ceremonial body work, grounded energy work, and identity calibration for women who are ready to follow their body as their only oracle. I do not serve my clients. I serve my own truth with such precision that women who enter my field are returned to theirs.

How I Arrived

​

My body work practice began as I was leaving the Army. Six years of service had taken a quiet but significant toll — three weeks of every month spent in emotional depletion, a body I didn't fully inhabit, a woman I hadn't yet met. After my discharge I committed to listening. Not long after, I came across a vagina mapping class online and it changed everything. I realized I did not know myself. I did not know my own body. From there the commitment unfolded — to be of complete service to my body, my bones, my flesh, my blood, my uterus, and my womb. To listen to everything my body had to tell me. My body has shown me everything since.

 

What the Body Knows

The body keeps the score. It holds every memory, every pattern, every ancestral imprint — not as story, but as sensation, as tissue, as breath. When you learn to listen at that level, nothing stays hidden. Not the grief, not the power, not the truth of who you actually are.This is not metaphor. This is the lived architecture of every woman I have worked with.

The body does not lie. It does not perform. It does not wait for you to be ready. It simply holds — until you are finally devoted enough to listen.

I stand for the sovereign self-devotion of women. Women in full relationship with their bodies — their cycles, their pleasure, their womb consciousness, their truth. Women who have stopped outsourcing their knowing to systems that were never built to hold them. Women who have come home to the one intelligence that has never abandoned them. I stand for a culture of fully embodied women who know their truth and speak it. Women who love and know their blood — the Menarche, the Menstrual, and the Menopausal phases of rebirth. Women who walk only the path of pure truth, who serve their body as their body serves them. This walk shakes off every form of noise. It creates a woman who cannot be controlled — because she already knows where home is.
